ProvaLab.io provides an AI-powered test management platform including test case management, AI-driven test generation, low-code test automation, API testing, and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, uploading malicious code, or using the service for any illegal purpose.

All content and materials available on ProvaLab.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ProvaLab.io and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProvaLab.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
